House SEGEDIN Pavja Luka - Defora - Island of Korcula

Being situated at this place, House Segedin enjoys the most amazing and unspoiled views over Korcula Channel all the way to Island of Lastovo and beyond, as well as on the bay itself (see bellow photo)

Being on the southern side of the island it enjoys a lot of sunshine all year around.

House Segedin is great holiday place for people who want to go somewhere truly off the beaten tracks - it is perfect for those who are ready to spend their time in isolated place and enjoy peace and silence of the nature that is at these kind of locations still untouched.

Choosing to spend your time here won't be without any effort - it takes about 10 minutes walk from the house to the nearest point where you can leave your car (or being drop-off/ picked -up by the owner). There are no shops or restaurants on the walking distance as House Segedin is located about 10 km from Korcula Old Town, so all your supply would need to be organized either by the owner (who is willing at your call to jump into his speed boat and bring you what you need) or you would need to have a car handy rent-a car service in Korcula is available - for info and prices check this link).

There is no standard electricity in the house - the power is supplied by gas and petrol generators. Mobile phones work in the area, so despite all of this, you will still be able to communicate with the world.

The House has 4 beds in two bedrooms, additional sofa bed in the living room, BBQ, kitchen, living room, shower/toilet, and a large terrace with stunning views overgrown by mature vine tree which creates nice shade for lazy afternoons.

Small secluded bay 'Ugranja Spila' - in the very near vicinity of the house - Nearby cave located on the small pebble beach in near vicinity of the house - about 100 meters away from the house in the very corner of the bay .
